When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
How does Pre-Order work?
Pre-ordering allows you to secure your item before it’s available again. As soon as it’s back in stock, we’ll carefully prepare and ship your order. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way, so you always know when to expect it.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Do I have to pay import duties or taxes?
For EU orders, VAT is usually included in the price. For orders outside the EU, import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
What if I entered the wrong address?
Please make sure to check your address carefully before placing your order. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses.
What happens if my package is lost?
If your package hasn’t arrived within the expected time, please contact us and we’ll help investigate the issue.
What should I do if my product arrives damaged?
Please inspect your package upon arrival. If your item is damaged or there is a production/shipping error, contact us at hello@adyra.nl and we’ll make it right.
What is the return policy?
At Adyra, our goal is for every customer to feel confident and satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, please let us know and we’ll do our best to make it right.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
Important information
- Due to the nature of personal care products, returns are only accepted for damaged items or production/shipping errors. Nature of personal care products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- For other products, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition to be eligible for return.
- Please inspect your package upon arrival and contact us if there are any issues.
